Dear Parents

Some parents have asked what happens when a training session doesn’t go ahead because of lockdown and requesting refunds for lost sessions.

I want to be clear that I am very grateful for you all and value you highly but I am not able to refund fees for lost sessions. I am not here to take advantage of my customers but, like many other businesses, we have suffered significant lost revenue because of the cancellation of school term and holiday programs. However, we will do our best to quickly make up for lost session(s) once the NSW Government confirms we can resume training.

This lockdown is out of our control. We never planned for this. Like many other businesses, we are not in a position to say when normal life can start again. However, until the Government opens up Sydney, we can only offer you the make up sessions which will eat into our new term / holiday programs and summer programs .
